Full Moon Artisans contributes to the healing process of creators while enriching the lives of those who come into contact with their art.  From candles meticulously crafted by survivors of violence to exquisitely woven baskets from refuges and jewelry handcrafted by human trafficking survivors , each item embodies their resilience and sense of community.

Starfish Project

Starfish Project started in 2006 helping exploited women and girls experience freedom, establish independence and develop careers. They equip exploited women and girls with the tools they need to build an independent life through holistic care programs and life skills training. They provide specialized vocational training to help the women develop careers in fields such as design, photography and accounting. Each purchase goes directly back to the program to help more women and girls. Fair Trade, Women Owned.

Serrv

Since 1949 Serrv has been fighting global poverty through fair and ethical trade One of the first fair trade organizations in the world, SERRV International began its mission by helping displaced European refugees trade their handcrafts for income after the Second World War. Artisans working with SERRV are paid fair wages in advance, to ensure they can support themselves and their families while they work. Preserving traditional crafting techniques. SERRV employs artisans who utilize traditional crafting methods, patterns, and materials to create their handcrafts.

Prosperity Candles

Founded to help women artisans in and from regions of conflict and natural disaster. Prosperity Candle is a fair trade organization providing living wages to women refugees in Massachusetts. Each purchase comes with a story card of the artisan that poured your candle. Women Owned, Fair Trade, and a Certified B Corporation.
