From age two or three I can recall seeing glows around the bodies of animals and people. I assumed everyone did. I spoke with my first ghost at age three and a half, a kind lady who helped me while my mother was ill. At age 4 I had my first full blown past life remembrance while suffering from a high fever and had constant flashbacks to other lives which was in direct opposition to my then Christian faith.

I received my first tarot deck at age 17, an antique French deck which had belonged to a friend’s grandmother. I was immediately attracted to it, though I could not fathom the language. I began playing with it, doing pretend fortune telling at the county fair where we were performing magic shows. I began to get strange flashes of premonition and would speak what I felt or “heard”, and the people would be amazed, and even a little fearful of the prognostications. I had no idea how it worked but was confident it DID work.

Upon moving to Colorado in 1982, I got a Ryder-Waite deck and checked out every book the Denver Public Library had on the Tarot. I amassed a fairly large library myself but still find myself using the intuitive method I first used with the cards along with the knowledge set down by other practitioners.

Over the years I have studied palmistry and chakra-based healing. I took my first vows as a Wiccan priest in 1985 and am still practicing that spiritual path, though my brand of Wicca is closer to Shamanic than ritual magic. I investigate hauntings and spiritual intrusions, as well as fixing them. I have taught Wicca for almost 40 years as well as teaching classes in Tarot, psychic defense, and tool making. I am also versed in hypnotic past life regression techniques. I look forward to using the various disciplines I have studied to help you find the path your higher self is hoping to guide you to.

Hello! I’m a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner for humans and animals; trained in the basics of Animal Communication with Reiki Master-Teacher Nancy Windheart. My journey with Pet Reiki and Communication began the first time I experienced a meaningful session for my beloved senior cat who was very ill. Even though the session was by phone, I could visibly see how much immediate comfort and ease this sharing of spiritual energy brought him. After he passed over the rainbow bridge, I felt called to study both practices which in turn walked me very gently through my grief. My training stoked a lifelong yearning to engage with animals of all species for our mutual healing and deeper understanding of one another. 

Since then I’ve experienced the holistic benefits of Reiki both as a practitioner and receiver. Over the years I’ve offered this supportive universal energy and intuitive communication with a widening circle of family, friends, and clients. 

I’m also a librarian/archivist and spent the past 16 years recording the oral histories of dancers for the New York Public Library. As a lifelong dancer, meditator, authentic movement practitioner, and certified yoga teacher (200 hr), my mindfulness, listening, and embodied practices are the foundation of all my offerings.
